Day 2 Class Menu (Panettone, 2 Sweet bread, 2 Soft Euro bread)

Participants: Max 20 participants.
Fee: $350
Recipes: English and Chinese .
This class will be conducted in Mandarin and Demonstration by Chef & participants followed by hands-on session. An assistance will be around to help translate to English for those who can't understand Chinese.

Chef Hsu Ming Hui (Uni President Senior R&D Manager,Having 18 years of experience as a professional bread chef as creating his bread making skills into his own unique style and never stop to pursue different categories of breads.
